Sleep and Bedtime Support
Build independent sleep skills, decrease night wakings, and reduce bedtime resistance with gradual, gentle support.
Our sleep support is gentle, individualized, and specifically designed to help children who experience ongoing difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep, or sleeping independently. We understand that sleep challenges are often rooted in sensory processing differences, regulation needs, anxiety, and biological rhythms — we also respect individual family goals related to sleep.
We use research-supported, evidence-informed strategies to promote gradual and sustainable improvement. Through structured routines, skill-based teaching, and responsive adjustments, implemented by a Certified Sleep Consultant, children build the capacity to fall asleep with greater independence and experience more consolidated, restorative sleep.
Rather than applying one-size-fits-all sleep training methods, we focus on strengthening regulation, predictability, and self-soothing skills in ways that feel safe and developmentally appropriate. Change happens step by step, with careful attention to each child’s nervous system and learning profile.
Our goals include:
Supporting independent sleep initiation
Decreasing time to fall asleep
Minimizing night wakings
Reducing bedtime resistance
Improving overall sleep quality and consistency
Our sleep programs are designed to foster healthy, sustainable sleep patterns. Through thoughtful assessment, structured guidance, and gradual skill development, we help families move toward more peaceful evenings, more restful nights, and more regulated mornings.
